By downloading or using Making Habits, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance

By downloading or using Making Habits, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Subscriptions

Premium

›Making Habits offers a Premium subscription with a 3-day free trial
›After the free trial, you will be charged the subscription price shown at purchase
›Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
›Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
›Manage or cancel anytime in Apple ID Account Settings
›No refunds for unused portions of a subscription period

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.

Free Trial

3 Days

Available for new subscribers only. Cancel during the trial period and you will not be charged.

User Content

You are responsible for the habits and content you create within the app. We do not access, review, or store your habit data on our servers — it lives entirely on your device.

Disclaimer

Making Habits is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for missed habits, lost streaks, or data loss resulting from device issues, reinstallation, or any other cause.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Making Habits after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
